Media divination 3.0 [MD 3.0]
sister0 reveals your place in the manifold of time.
People need to disclose: name/nick, D.O.B & 3 keywords. Textual data mined is the Wikipedia year pages for events - past, present and future. A divination report is printed in .pdf For an example of a previous report please feel free to go to: http://sistero.sysx.org/mediadiv/sister0divprintout.pdf

MD 3.0 employs a set of software installed by default on most of the *nix distributions. [Lynx 2.8.5GNU, sed 4.1.5 popular text stream editor, filters content according to arbitrary patterns -python 2.4: implements a custom search engine to mine the textual data retrieved according to keywords and to perform date-time related sorting operations. -GNU troff, 1.19.2 generates a printable report of the result set. -Gnu Bash 3.1.17 wraps it together. ]
This is a web_based application, developed from a more performative a location based work. However, I will set a terminal up somewhere at LAC along with autonomous MD3.0 from ones own PC.

24th March PENGUIN MARCH I organised a *penguin march* with as many delegates we can get involved on saturday morning 24th of the open day.
Basic details:
- Time 10am 24 Jan.
- meeting point
a#salamanca lawns b# march from salamanca to wrest point.
- Costume:
dress in black and white suits hopefully tuxedos
- Props:
Tux penguin mascots and left over LCA merchandise/linux distros will be provided by LCA to distribute to public.
Action on the lawns: handing out left over LCA merchendise-linux cd distros etc. on parliment lawns. [however LCA09 didn't bring that we jsut had flyers and tuzes :)]
Then moving on to Open day.
